Mission DetailsSupports Logistics Procurement for APoC perimeter.
  • Support tenders: preparatory work, data collection, replies analysis, presentations preparation
  • Ensures Vendor and contract management: vendors spend reports, contract monitoring
  • Leads spot negotiation requests for road, air and sea transportation
  • Ensures sourcing activities aligned with market trend to ensure proper reply to APoC requestors
Contributes to Logistics Excellence
  • Monitors and reports APoC performance for safety, cost, service and quality
  • Supports users on operational issues, tickets, claims and disputes with service providers, external and internal
  • Participates to or leads Continuous Improvement actions
Ensures Key User role for Logistics Procurement Ecosystem
  • Is responsible for data completion and accuracy in information systems
  • Is the referent (Key User) for our information systems (SAP, OTM, RTV…)
  • Contributes to transformation and optimization projects: network redesign, digital projects
Required Profile3 to 5 years of experience in logistics international operations (Import / Export, Freight Forwarding, etc) or logistics procurement;Experience with Dangerous Goods is a plus;Analytical mindset, comfortable in data crunching & large volume of data manipulation;Digital mindset;Experience in working with ERP (SAP preferably) and TMS; understanding of tendering platform is a plusGood level of English, spoken and written; Mandarin is a “plus”;Proven skills of clear and smooth communication;Strong problem solving ability;Able to work under time pressure;Who we are?
