- Support tenders: preparatory work, data collection, replies analysis, presentations preparation
- Ensures Vendor and contract management: vendors spend reports, contract monitoring
- Leads spot negotiation requests for road, air and sea transportation
- Ensures sourcing activities aligned with market trend to ensure proper reply to APoC requestors
- Monitors and reports APoC performance for safety, cost, service and quality
- Supports users on operational issues, tickets, claims and disputes with service providers, external and internal
- Participates to or leads Continuous Improvement actions
- Is responsible for data completion and accuracy in information systems
- Is the referent (Key User) for our information systems (SAP, OTM, RTV…)
- Contributes to transformation and optimization projects: network redesign, digital projects
