At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment and world class hotels.We are looking for candidates to join our Residential Sales team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role:Sales Admin ExecutiveYour job purpose are follows:Ensure Panel Lawyer prepare SPA in accordance with Purchase FormPrepare and update Master Control List in IFCAPrepare, update and execute collection of progress payments and co-ordinate with Finance team to ensure payments from purchasers are collected in a timely manner.Ensure all documentations are properly sign-offYour duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:Monitoring of signing of SPA and collection of depositsTo handle documentation and property loan related mattersTo liaise closely with PMC, solicitors/bankers/purchasers on Architect Certificate and progress paymentPreparation and issuance of progress billings, reminder letters, interest charges and payment, issue credit /debit notesTo check on Memorandum of Title and title releaseTo maintain and setup customer dataTo provide monthly reports on collectionTo participate in sales launches as and when required.To attend to customers’, solicitors and end-financiers’ queriesRequirementsFresh graduate are encouraged to apply.Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in credit control/sales admin function in the property development or similar industry.Able to work independently on the IFCA systemStrong administrative skill & proficient in MS WordService oriented personalityProficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
