Client Background: ManufacturingIndustry : OleochemicalsLocation: Pasir Gudang, JohorHeadcount: 1Position: Project EngineerTenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM3,500 - RM5,000Responsibilities· To impart technical co-ordination on project during detailed engineering, enhancement for execution of the project works and project management for successful commissioning and handover.· To prepare preliminary project timeline / schedule as a basis for project execution.· To interact and coordinate with personnel of every level from various departments to initiate projects.· Assist superior on preparation of conceptual design and engineering calculation.· Preparation of technical documents for Capital Appropriation Request approvals.· Prepare the cost estimation for the projects, which includes floating quotations from suppliers and contractors.· To lead the tender process including preparing tender papers, call for tender, tender interview and preparing tender report.· Feasibility and groundwork studies· To ensure all the SOP and standards are being complied during project execution.· Involve in the implementation and the execution on the project; to liaise with the contractors and suppliers to monitor the project progress at site and to ensure job moves as planned.· Coordination for commissioning of projects together with end users to ensure fast and proper handover.· To comply with Quality, Environment, Safety & Health and Food Safety Standard and all applicable standard in the company.Requirement· Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering· Preferably
3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment· Mature - preferable age of 30 years and above· To impart technical co-ordination on project during detailed engineering; enhancement for execution of the project works and project management for successful commissioning and handover.· Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.· Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good integrity and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Food Technology
