The role As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia. You will manage the ecommerce planning and coordination for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your brand(s) successful. Your responsibilities include: Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy / promotions / growth levers for brands Support on the creation of brief templates to be submitted: visual graphics, banners, promotion brief, homepage/offers page wireframes, event page setups, new product launch (with content localisation), sets (Virtual Bundle) Manage cross-functional team to drive brand performance Ensure all brand / store KPIs are met Support the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination. Responsible for product listings and pricing submission. Assist in managing the workflow of the team to ensure all submissions and tasks are done in a timely manner Who we look for - the ideal profile: Min 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee/ brand.com), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor. Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment. Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skill.
