- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in ISO 9001 document control or QMS administration.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and document control practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and document control software.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Maintain and update ISO 9001 QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, records).
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal and external audit requirements.
- Coordinate and control the distribution of controlled documents.
- Support internal and external ISO audits and ensure non-conformance reports (NCRs) are addressed and documented.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect, review, and revise documentation.
- Control the document versioning system and archiving procedures.
- Ensure training records and quality-related documentation are maintained.
- Monthly Salary: RM3,000 - RM5,000 (based on experience)
