Reports to: Country Sales ManagerAs Territory Manager, you will lead the commercial growth of BD APM’s portfolio in your assigned region by developing therapeutic markets, cultivating strategic customer relationships, and driving sales across both consumables and capital products. You will be instrumental in shaping regional market expansion and increasing share of voice through solution-oriented engagement and data-driven sales execution.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned territory/customers within the business unit, applying deep knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology to represent BD APM products effectivelyDevelop and maintain strong, influential relationships with key decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, and purchasing authorities to strengthen BD APM’s market positionIdentify sales opportunities and unmet needs within existing customer accounts, executing tactical plans aligned to regional strategies to achieve business objectivesLead the sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric solutionsMaintain comprehensive understanding of competitors, market dynamics, and account-specific challenges to proactively defend and expand market shareFulfill additional duties as required in alignment with team and organizational prioritiesEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 5 years of progressive sales experience, with a strong preference for medical devices industry exposureExperience in pharmaceutical sales is valued and welcomedAdditional Skills:In-depth knowledge of BD APM’s product portfolio and competitor offeringsStrong understanding of BU strategy, commercial models, and the healthcare ecosystem within assigned territoryAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a high-performance, fast-paced environmentExceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutionsAdvanced influencing and communication skills to impact buying decisions with tact and professionalismProven ability to build internal and external partnerships that drive value across touchpointsCommitment to upholding company protocols related to environmental health, safety, and ethical complianceAt BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
