Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Collector at RCB located in Kuala Lumpur. The Tele Collector will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect overdue payments and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle difficult customers and situations Good organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry Experience 2 years in debt collection or customer service is preferred or Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Relevant qualifications such as certification in debt collection or customer service may also be beneficial.
