Job Description: Gathering of requirements - establish users feedback lifecycle to ensure use cases are continuously reviewed and prioritized into product backlogs Develop product design and solution, translating technical use cases into UI/UX friendly management console features Design product permission control and workflows to restrict system access/misoperation Identify and track key success metrics through rigorous data analysis - to measure value add of product features Manage agile sprint lifecycle and processes for product development - working closely with development team, QA and design team to ensure products are delivered on-time and to a high standard of quality Prepare product features rollout plan that include canary or A/B testing rollout, promotion workshop, user guides update, supporting channel setup for seamless transition user experience Requirements: Exposure in product management with technical/engineering platform or project management in software development Hands-on experience in UX design and system workflow for prototype product design Strong data analytical skills to derive product insights and evaluate success metrics based on data points Experience with agile development methodologies to drive agile sprint lifecycle Basic knowledge of cloud service providers ( such as AWS, Alicloud, GCP ) and their IaaS/PaaS product offerings Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools to understand technical use cases and operations Excellent written and verbal communication to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with stakeholders from different site
