Job Purpose Lead the Investment Consultants nationwide to provide tailored investment solutions to individual clients and ensure the team deliver their respective wealth revenue targets. Manage and oversee a team of Investment Consultants, ensuring high-quality advisory services that align with client objectives, regulatory standards, and market best practices. Collaborate with Regional Head and Cluster Sales Head to manage the team activity, productivity, discipline and sales target. Oversee the Investment consultant team's overall business activities, recruitment, sales target setting, daily sales monitoring, performances, etc. Provide coaching, professional advice and sales training to the team to ensure high competency in product knowledge and selling skills. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Business Performance Initiate, contribute and provide strategic inputs to all Investment Consultants to help develop and deliver strategic plans and budgets for respective regions. Lead and contribute to budgeted performance targets and improvements in wealth management to achieve and exceed performance expectations. Ensure that channel strategies and ground activities (internal and external), at each region, are aligned to business requirements and the achievement of business plans. Oversee the day-to-day management of nationwide Investment Consultants. Leadership & People Provide direction, coaching and guidance to team members to improve skill sets and facilitate delivery on business plans. Manage, lead and coach direct reports to achieve their job objectives. Develop and motivate the right blend of talents and ensure retention of talents. Enthuse and obtain cooperation from internal staff/stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of agreed plans. Coach sales staff on wealth product knowledge and upgrade their skillsets in terms of how best to position the Bank's wealth offering, answer clients' objections, recommend appropriate products, re-balance portfolios through need-based / portfolio sales approach, regular portfolio reviews and re-balancing. Support regions, hubs and branches with sale of wealth products, including wealth campaigns, marketing events, clients' seminars, product launches as well as increase of new-to-investment accounts. Conduct joint sales with sales staff (esp. large clients, big tickets) and assist in closing deals. Systems & Control Ensure full compliance with Group and Bank standards and regulatory requirements. Contribute to creation and maintenance of a compliance culture. Participate in and support the Bank in combating non-compliance practices and money laundering activities. Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to regulatory, money laundering, fraud, reputational and operational risks. Plans and ensure business continuity plans are in place. Ensure staff follow the proper sales guidelines and sales process, i.e: no mis-selling, no product pushing, correct use of research, asset allocation models, etc. Job Requirement Good leadership skills and results focused, with a track record of achievement.
