Review and moderate user-generated content (videos, images, text, etc.) in Mandarin and English.
Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards.
Accurately identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
Maintain high attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
Provide constructive feedback and contribute to the improvement of moderation guidelines.
Work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
Collaborate with team members and report any issues or trends to management
