Job description - Job Location : Singapore End User Support Specialist - SG / PR specifically due to project requirement. Relocation assistance and future work visa sponsorship are not available. Key Responsibilities: Perform commissioning, setup, and delivery of new systems/devices, including OS installation, patching, and imaging. Assess device readiness by validating hardware compatibility and conducting software inventory checks. Provide on-site support to end users during pilot phases and full-scale deployments. Troubleshoot and document migration-related issues such as driver conflicts, user settings, and application compatibility. Maintain daily progress tracking and operational reporting. Develop user communication materials and support documentation; assist in onboarding and guiding new team members. Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior engineers when required. Required Skills and Experience: 2+ years of experience in End-User Computing, Desktop Support, or IT Operations. Proficient in configuring and supporting Windows systems Familiarity with Microsoft products and ecosystem. Practical experience in device imaging, application deployment, and driver management. Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and software issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for end-user engagement. Capable of adhering to standardized deployment and support procedures. Off office hour or weekend support may require during emergency or planned work. Preferred Qualifications: Involved in device refresh and operating system upgrade initiatives. Worked within large-scale enterprise IT environments. Microsoft certification (MD-102 or equivalent) is a plus, though not mandatory. Show more Show less
