ResponsibilitiesJob description:Job Responsibilities :

Follow up business transaction including enquiries, quotation, documentation & requirement from customer.
To prepare quotation, sales order To answer telephone calls or WhatsApp and efficiently respond in friendly manner.
Communicate closely with Sales personnel and customers on orders received to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with production to ensure sales orders are carried out accurately. Assist in general office administration work as and when required.
Able to communicate and cooperate with others department Report to Sales Executive, Director or other superiors.
