Job Responsibility Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate executive calendars, schedule appointments, and manage travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and related documents with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Perform general secretarial duties, including typing, formatting documents, and maintaining files. Compile and analyze data, prepare reports, and assist in executive presentations. Coordinate company events, conferences, and seminars, overseeing planning, logistics, and execution. Track and prioritize deadlines, follow-up actions, and commitments made by executives. Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality. Liaise with internal employees, external clients, and vendors on behalf of the executives. Conduct research and analysis on specific topics, projects, or assignments as assigned.
