- SPM certificate holder or above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Autocount system is an advantage.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with suppliers and customers).
- At least 1 years experience in a related field.
- Preferred Mandarin Speaker (Malaysian)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Preferably with experience in inventory, invoicing, or sales coordination.
- Generate invoices, delivery orders (DO), and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure proper inventory records and stock control to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth order processing.
- Manage and update records in the accounting and invoicing system.
- Assist with administrative and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
