About the Role: As the Senior Regional Manager , responsible for overseeing region and market management, including strategic engagement with distributors to ensure alignment with ISD's KPI and AMP commitments. This includes driving operational planning and performance to support existing markets while identifying new opportunities for global expansion. Your Day-to-Day: 1. Business Development & Sales Planning with distributors to meet ISD&aposs KPI and AMP target commitment volumes: This section details tasks related to managing and engaging with distributors, strategic planning, market monitoring, retail sales, network development, product launch timelines, inventory management, internal human competencies, logistics, receivables, compliance, distributor service, and project management. The Output / Key Performance Indicators for this section are: 100% achieve AMP 100% achieve CSI & SSI scores 100% respond within 24 hours to Distributors' enquiries. 100% resolve market launch readiness related issues. 2. New Market Development & Strategy Planning to Identify and recommend potential new markets & local partners to expand export footprint: This section focuses on identifying new markets and local partners, proposing business models, engaging with potential partners, conducting detailed market studies, liaising with various internal departments (engineering, homologation, corporate strategy, product strategy, manufacturing, engineering, legal, procurement, quality, marketing, aftersales, warranty, logistics, risk management, etc.) for proposals, liaising with external agencies, and overall strategy and framework for proposed business growth, including project management for CKD/SKD projects. The Output / Key Performance Indicators for this section are: 100% achieve number of active markets. Educational Requirements: Bachelor&aposs Degree Specialized in: Bachelor&aposs Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Studies Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in International sales & business development in the automotive industry. Strategic planning and consulting experience in the automotive domain with a focus on growth strategies and market entry. Required Skills and Attributes: Track record of successful vehicle distribution, market development, and market management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Deadlines and performance-oriented mindset. Demonstrable ability to lead, manage, and motivate staff. Proficient in international trade norms and automotive industry regulations. Keeping abreast of latest automotive industry trends and dynamics.
