Coordinator - Insurance Operations Perform tasks associated with Invoice to Cash processes such as, invoicing, billing, reconciliation etc. Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation) Ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues by offering updates and resolutions when required Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization's standards and SOPs. Take part in investigation on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement.
