Role: * Represent the brand, culture, and values of clients.

Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  • B2 level English Language proficiency.
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in the banking industry.
  • Decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to changes and sense of urgency.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver set goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, follow directions, and use computer systems effectively.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in (Simplified) Chinese or Cantonese (Traditional Chinese)
