ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Drive management planning and decision-making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information, and recommend financial actions by assessing options in relation to organizational goals. Lead monthly Integrated Business Planning (monthly LE & 3-month rolling forecast) to understand the latest market developments and trends (demand and supply) and provide financial implications. Coordinate the budget process by integrating various departmental needs with quantitative analysis and recommendations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic business direction and plans. Responsible for fixed and variable cost variance analysis, headcount variance analysis, manufacturing cost and gap analysis, sales margin analysis, and driving cost awareness. Analyze month-end closing results and provide insightful commentaries to senior management on Net Sales Revenue, price and volume mix impact, GP and OP analysis, BEP, ROIC, Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), and Cause-of-Change (CoC) analysis. Drive the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and the 3-year Mid-Term Plan (MTP). Verify new product launch (VCA) P&L and assess potential risks. Participate in Transfer Pricing (TP) analysis of assumptions before submission. Provide ad hoc project support, including PI subsidy, P&L, and scenario-based analysis/simulations. Coach subordinates to enhance their technical competence in analytics and business understanding. Ensure zero tolerance for governance failures, and ensure that AOP, MTP, and monthly closing processes are followed, with submission guidelines and timelines adhered to as per the Regional Office's requirements. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a professional qualification (ACCA, MICPA, CIMA) or equivalent. Minimum 7-8 years of experience in accounting and finance functions, with 2-3 years in Financial Planning & Analysis roles, preferably in trading, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors. Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and presentation abilities. Meticulous and detail-oriented. Experience in project management (PMO experience preferred). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Show more Show less
