Supply Chain Finance AnalystDescription -What a Supply Chain Finance Analyst does at HP (Penang, Malaysia):Supply Chain Factory Cost of Sales (COS) management & product cost setting for Ink Supplies organization.Support to Factory Fixed asset processes (capitalization, depreciation). * Support Ink Supplies organization on key deliverables of planning and reporting: Monthly forecast (Flash), Month end close, budgeting, long-term planning with a primary focus on COS.Support product costing with a focus on Factory overhead and other WW Supply Chain costs.Support transformation and investments projects (e.g. CAPEX investments) and provide business advisory on decisions on the basis of Financial ROIC.Drive and enable savings projects within above defined scope.Establish and maintain relationships with business managers to guide and influence decision-making.Support policy and process improvement to ensure US GAAP and SOX financial compliance.Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design, with a maximized leverage on business automation capabilities.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
