- Minimum education: SPM/Diploma in Food Technology or related field.
- Has Thypoid vaccine and certificate.
- Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene and/or Restaurant Operations is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are a bonus).
- Experience in handling both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations.
- Must have own transport to commute to work.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and shift hours.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
