- Extract and update customer details from the CRM system into Google Sheets.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness by regularly checking for updates.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports using Google Sheets (tables, summaries, and charts).
- Utilize pivot tables and formulas to analyze case data (e.g., case volume, resolution time).
- Create reports and presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint for internal use.
- Ensure reports are clear, well-structured, and visually organized for management review.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers when required.
- Maintain professional and clear communication during interactions.
- Assist in document preparation, filing, and organizing reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (able to use formulas, pivot tables, and generate tables/charts).
- Proficiency in Google Slides or PowerPoint (capable of creating clear, structured presentations).
- Attention to detail - ability to maintain accurate and complete records.
- Basic communication skills - confident in handling customer calls when needed.
- Independent worker - able to manage tasks with minimal supervision after initial guidance.
- Strong organizational skills - capable of tracking updates and maintaining structured reports.
- Must commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months.
