- Plan training schedules and coordinate participants, internal or external parties (dealers) to attain the training.
- Prepare all training materials and test questions.
- Prepare training venue and ensure all training equipment are in working conditions.
- Prepare training programs that cover knowledge gaps.
- Demonstrate training vision.
- Manage a diverse training environment.
- Coach for service and sales performance.
- Upload training material and training deliverables in RMS system.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through trainees knowledge retention (Test).
- Managing Training Diversity.
- Building a High Performance Team.
- Conducts Sales Technique and product Training.
- Cultivate sales and service performance.
- Conduct all stand-up training and online training in accordance to training manual , requirement and specification.
- Participate and conduct sales rallies event.
- Developing and Engaging Team for Workplace Success.
- Engage in innovation and productivity initiatives
- Lead and motivate team to contribute to productivity improvement and innovation.
- Coach productivity and innovation initiatives.
- Attend to dealers and partners queries related to product knowledge.
- Generate ideas that may potentially contribute to productivity improvements and innovation.
