In this role, you will collaborate closely with the regional IT teams, fostering seamless integration and alignment on global projects, thereby contributing to the brand's continued success and innovation

Strategizing, creating, and implementing IT infrastructure solutions, covering network structure, server setups, storage options, and cloud computing setups.
Provide initial problem-solving and aid for hardware like laptops, desktops, printers, network gadgets, CCTV, and telephone systems.
Effectively manage company assets and oversee inventory control.
Offer proficient assistance for application software systems, suggesting improvements to streamline operations and align with present and future business requirements.
Extend end-user support, inclusive of training and technical guidance for newly introduced systems.

Previous involvement within the retail sector is greatly esteemed and beneficial.
Mastery of point-of-sale systems, stock management, and inventory control is imperative.
Competence in computer hardware, servers, networking, and various business applications (including POS systems, SAP, e-commerce), alongside proficiency in interfaces and IT security measures.
Having experience in supporting infrastructure such as servers, networking, firewalls, POS systems, and back end solutions is advantageous.
