Job Responsibility Supervise general workers and sub-contractor Monitor daily project progress based on project schedule Monitor completed projects defects and rectification works Attending necessary site meetings/site inspections To be responsible for coordinating design issues for the projects with consultants, clients and external parties. Coordination of sub-contractor s works and their resource including workers and machinery at site. To assist & undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior. Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality/types/dimension are as per the specified requirements. Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site. Job Requirements Good command of verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English Knowledge of construction site practices. Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Building Construction, Engineering (Civil & Structure), Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or experience in related field. Experience Level: 1-3 years Familiar with building construction Knowledge in construction specialist work. Able to lead and supervise site workers.
