Key responsibilities
  • Lead and mature planning processes across assigned OpCos, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
  • Drive capability building by engaging local teams and leading training sessions to strengthen planning competencies.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and initiate actions to improve planning outcomes using a TPM approach.
  • Deliver sustainable planning benefits by aligning processes with business goals.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration across functions.
  • Benchmark and innovate by identifying best practices from other OpCos and integrating them into local operations.
  • Support new deployments of OpCos into the APAC Regional Planning Hub.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/ Master in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of job experience in Supply Chain with minimum 3 years Planning
  • Good organizational skills; able to prioritize and result focused and service oriented
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and excellent in written and spoken English language
  • Stakeholder Management and engaging others without formal authority
  • Experience of working in a dynamic environment of global FMCG companies is a plus
  • IT literacy: Excel skills and experience working in planning tools (FuturMaster) are a plus
