- Prepare data and analysis to support Compensation & Benefits initiatives, including performance management, salary budgeting, merit increment cycles, annual benefit renewal programs, and market benchmarking for the group.
- Collect economic indicators, external market practices, and data analysis patterns, translating them into meaningful indicators for developing Compensation & Benefits initiatives and proposals to maintain market competitiveness.
- Serve as the key person for job family matching and data submission for all Compensation & Benefits market surveys.
- Oversee the renewal and implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs such as insurance, Flexible Benefits, and Employee Assistance Programs by managing, coordinating, and following up with vendors, including conducting market competitiveness analysis and setting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in C&B.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to comprehend and summarize relevant information.
- Capable of networking and presenting sales pitches to key leaders in the organization.
