Prepare data and analysis to support Compensation & Benefits initiatives, including performance management, salary budgeting, merit increment cycles, annual benefit renewal programs, and market benchmarking for the group.
Collect economic indicators, external market practices, and data analysis patterns, translating them into meaningful indicators for developing Compensation & Benefits initiatives and proposals to maintain market competitiveness.
Serve as the key person for job family matching and data submission for all Compensation & Benefits market surveys.
Oversee the renewal and implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs such as insurance, Flexible Benefits, and Employee Assistance Programs by managing, coordinating, and following up with vendors, including conducting market competitiveness analysis and setting requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
At least 7 years of experience in C&B.
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to comprehend and summarize relevant information.
Capable of networking and presenting sales pitches to key leaders in the organization.
