The Automotive Parts Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales operations for our automotive parts division. This includes developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive parts market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the automotive parts market.
Key Account Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, including automotive dealerships, repair shops, and dealers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitable partnerships.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to optimize team performance.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and technological advancements in automotive parts.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets and objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address challenges.
Sales position|Good remuneration package
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive parts sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including industry trends and product offerings.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
