- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to optimize team performance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed about industry developments and technological advancements in automotive parts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets and objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive parts sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including industry trends and product offerings.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
