Job Responsibility Project Management: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Site Supervision: Manage on-site activities to ensure that work is progressing according to schedule and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work meets specifications and quality standards. Identify and address any deficiencies or non-conformances promptly. Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to promote awareness and compliance. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including daily reports, inspection reports, and change orders. Prepare and submit required documentation to clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders as needed. Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that may impact schedule or budget. Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges or obstacles to project success and develop proactive solutions to address them. Work closely with project teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Fres graduates are welcomed to apply for this position Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in a site engineering role. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
