• Inspect product prior to shipment to ensure accurate labelling and record keeping.

• Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives.

• Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.

• Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation.

• Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance.

• Assist with the onboarding process of new hires.

• Experience in wood manufacturing industry

• Able to communicate in mandarin

• Experience in handling CNC machinery

• Experience in dealing with wood product

• Able to work in Negeri Sembilan

• Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines.

• Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department.
