- Develop a deep understanding of BlackRock's Aladdin platform, including its modules, tools, and capabilities.
- Provide advisory services to clients on how to leverage Aladdin to meet their investment management and risk management needs.
- Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their investment and risk management objectives.
- Assess clients' current processes and systems and provide recommendations on how to integrate Aladdin effectively.
- Lead as business analyst in the implementation of Aladdin solutions, ensuring a smooth integration with clients' existing systems.
- Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for clients' teams to enhance their proficiency in using Aladdin.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients.
- Advise clients on utilizing Aladdin's risk management tools to monitor and mitigate investment risks effectively.
- Support the design of risk models and analytics to enhance clients' risk assessment capabilities.
- Strategic Advisory:
- Offer strategic advice on optimizing investment processes, portfolio management, and overall operational efficiency using Aladdin.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, providing clients with insights to enhance their competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction with Aladdin solutions.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with other internal teams, such as technology, risk management, and financial advisory, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

- Prior experience using BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg or Charles River platform is preferred.
- Strong understanding of investment management, risk management, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
