Kindly copy and paste the link below into another tab to access the assessment: Employment Assessment: Senior Associate level Job Purpose & Overview: Ensure the stability, reliability, and optimal performance of Microsoft Power Platform applications by delivering technical support, developing solutions, and resolving incidents in collaboration with end-users, developers, and business stakeholders. Key Accountabilities: Application Support, Maintenance & Enhancement Monitor, maintain, and improve Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate flows; provide L2/L3 technical support, user training, and documentation; troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges; and implement updates to optimise performance, security, and user experience. Integration & Environment Management Configure, support, and troubleshoot integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party systems via connectors and APIs; manage environment configurations across development, testing, and production while ensuring compliance with organisational standards. Incident & Problem Management Investigate and resolve application-related issues in line with SLAs; perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA); maintain detailed incident records; identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes to prevent future failures. Monitoring & Reporting Utilise Power Platform Admin Center and other monitoring tools to track system health, capacity, and performance; analyse data to detect potential issues; and prepare performance and utilisation reports for stakeholders. Project & Stakeholder Coordination Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of Power Platform projects; ensure milestones are met; communicate progress effectively; and collaborate with Microsoft partners or third-party vendors to resolve escalated issues and adopt best practices. Educational Qualification & Relevant Experience (skills & knowledge): Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 1+ years in Power Platform application support or development . Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Gitlab and CI/CD practices . Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400) is added advantage. Skilled in analysing business processes and identifying pain points, with the ability to propose effective solutions through structured problem-solving and critical thinking. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Good analytical skills and experience with data management and reporting. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. Willing to work in Damansara Height area.
