
Assistant Account Manager

- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting.
- Collaborate with other finance teams and manage reporting, compliance and controls projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with regional offices to streamline financial processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
- Liaise with tax agents for annual tax submissions.
- Cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting.
- Financial analysis and business planning.
- Responsible for the daily management (repair, maintenance, fuel, safety, etc.) and dispatch of company vehicles. Manage office equipment and employee living facilities well; Carry out logistics management work and ensure the material and cultural life of employees with limited financial resources.
- Admin and HR tasks as required.
- E-Invoicing.
- Possess a recognized diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, with overseas working experience being preferred.
- Computer literate with hands-on experience on SQL system. Knowledge of spreadsheet required.
