Job Requirements BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field. Proven work experience as Web Programmer or Developer. Can speak in Mandarin. Hands on experience with various programing languages, like PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript and Ruby on Rails. Familiarity & interest working with HTML/CSS.
