Job Responsibility Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and marketing campaigns. Identifying and qualifying potential property buyers and investors. Proactive schedule daily appointment for showhouse viewings and event invitations with qualified prospects. Engage customers in persuasive conversation, providing essential and accurate information about properties to facilitate appointment setting. Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, follow-ups and outcomes in the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed targets for calls made and appointments set, contributing directly to sales goals. Job Requirements Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia languages is a must. Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an additional asset. High school Diploma or equivalent in any fields. 1-3 years of proven experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or a customer service environment with a focus on outbound calls is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills with professional telephone etiquette. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
