- Deliver well-planned, engaging, and interactive mathematics lessons to secondary school students
- Teach students various mathematical concepts, problem-solving strategies, and techniques
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students to enhance their understanding and mastery of mathematical skills
- Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that promotes active participation and collaboration among students
- Utilize technology and educational resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop comprehensive mathematics curriculum and assessments
- Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in the field of mathematics education
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Prior experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level
- Strong knowledge of secondary level mathematics concepts and curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Patience and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning purposes
