- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (SPM/STPM with sales experience also considered).
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone, email, walk-in).
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients - maintaining communication, understanding their needs, and managing expectations.
- Generate new business through prospecting, lead qualification, cold calls, outreach, and networking.
- Present product or service value through demos, proposals, and tailored presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
- Manage and update pipelines to track deals and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, project managers) to fulfill client deliverables.
- Prepare client reporting and participate in meetings and strategy planning.
- Handle client issues or conflicts and ensure satisfaction and retention.
