Responsibilities . Analyse financial information / reports provided by subsidiaries, including study on current & past trend in key performance indicators . Prepare group consolidated financial statement and supporting schedules on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis . Prepare financial reports such as annual report, quarterly announcement report and other ad-hoc reports for management's decision making process. . Liase with various business units on various finance related matters Requirements . Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent with professional qualifications e.g. ACCA/CIMA/CPA . At least 5 years of experience in related field . Working experience in multi-national company / public listed company is an added advantage . Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines, and willing to learn new skills . Team player
