We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join this project, contributing to its successful and safe realization. JOB DESCRIPTION The MEP Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and construction coordination for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works in construction and interior fit-out projects. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all MEP works (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) in construction and interior fit-out projects. Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and and design layouts. Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems on-site to ensure compliance with project standards and timelines. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Ensure all MEP works adhere to relevant codes, safety standards, and quality requirements. Monitor project progress, track changes, and support cost and material control for MEP systems. Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor&aposs Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or other related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in construction and interior fit-out environments. Familiar with MEP coordination, site installation works, and interior design fit-out integration. Strong understanding of local authority requirements and regulations. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required, with 1-2 years of experience for junior positions. Possesses strong planning and organizing skills, customer orientation, and is flexible and adaptable. Highly ethical, collaborates well with others, and communicates effectively at all levels.
