What you'll be getting up to: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to optimize various aspects of our gaming platform, including player segmentation, recommendation systems, fraud detection, and risk management. Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance player communication channels, such as chatbots and customer support systems. Implement reinforcement learning algorithms to improve game AI and optimize player engagement and retention. Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and performance analysis to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI-driven features and algorithms. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and gaming technology, and proactively integrate relevant innovations into our products. Collaborate with localization teams to ensure that AI-driven features and content are effectively adapted for the Japanese market and culture. R equirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms. Experience with popular machine learning frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools. Familiarity with gaming industry trends, player behaviors, and regulatory requirements, particularly in the Japanese market, is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment. Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken) is required.
