Job SummaryThe role involves various duties including but not limited to:

Accurately and quickly log, assign and / or escalate support tickets through company CRM
Customer Support via remote applications, phone and email
Onsite Support where required
Software and Hardware Testing
End to End system installations

End User Training * After Hours support on a rotating rosterJob Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Required Skill(s): MySQL, Microsoft Office, PHP,

Basic Server, Workstation and basic Technical troubleshooting skills is an added advantage. * Proficiency or familiarity with operating system (Windows, Linux) setup, diagnosis, and basic user operations.

Preferably Entry Level specialized in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Must have a sense of responsibility, Good Communication skills
Possess own transportation is an added advantage.
