Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic, technically adept Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, cloud platforms, data analytics, and automation solutions, along with a proven ability to sell complex, consultative technology solutions. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing large enterprise accounts, especially those undergoing digital modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities focused on digital transformation solutions (e.g., cloud migration, data modernization, automation, application modernization, cybersecurity). Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions that align with customer business goals and technical environments. Understand client IT ecosystems, pain points, and digital transformation priorities to pitch relevant solutions and services. Engage and influence C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, etc.) and business decision-makers to drive deal closure. Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, RPA, cloud-native apps). Develop account strategies, sales forecasts, and deal closure plans; manage pipelines in CRM (e.g., Salesforce). Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives and sales campaigns. Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and customer workshops. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3+ years focused on digital transformation, IT consulting, or enterprise technology solutions. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise software (ERP, CRM), data platforms (BI, data lakes, analytics), and automation tools (RPA, workflow engines). Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles, RFP/RFI responses, and multi-stakeholder deal environments. Consultative selling experience with large enterprise accounts across sectors like BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail. Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with enterprise architecture, IT operations, and solution design frameworks Experience working with or within system integrators, global consulting firms, or cloud-native service providers.
