Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities

To supervise, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales target.
To prepare duty roaster rotation for sales team and prepare & monitor sales incentive scheme to motivate them to achieve their sales target.
To source and monitor external property agencies as required.
To work closely with lawyers for the preparation of Sales & Purchase Agreement and other related documents and monitor all loan applications.
To work closely with bankers to obtain end financing and loan facilities.
To implement sales promotion/ package implementation to achieve Group Target.

Sales Implementation

To liaise with solicitors in legal documentations, financial institutions on end-financing matters and government bodies on statutory requirements, regulations, guidelines & etc.
To liaise with bankers in end financing and loan facilities and monitoring of application status and resolve any issues arises.
To undertake sourcing for real estate agencies.
To supervise, train and guide the sales team and prepare sales incentive scheme and duty roaster.
To monitor all leasing agreements for renewals and leasing activities.
To implement and monitor sales promotion/package to ensure proper documentation.
To prepare paperwork and administration works for management approval and submission to Finance for payment.
