- Serving as an internal advisor, evaluate and identify learning and training opportunities within the organization to ensure employees access tailored development solutions, covering areas like team effectiveness, engagement, change management, cultural shift, and innovation.
- Utilize internal expertise, tools, and programs, customizing them as per local needs.
- Develop and implement people development resources and programs targeting specific group development needs.
- Oversee the learning budget and associated processes.
- Prepare and facilitate outcome-oriented talent reviews for business units, translating the results into innovative talent development strategies aimed at strengthening critical role pipelines and retaining high-potential professionals.
- Deploy best practices to identify and expedite succession candidates' readiness through reliable mechanisms such as assessments, psychometrics, and development centers.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and T&D CoE to exchange talent data and insights, facilitating internal growth and filling vacancies, including managing graduate schemes.
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Previous experience in assessing, creating, and implementing T&D strategies within a CoE or HR business partnership position
- Proficiency in recognizing potential, expediting the enhancement of crucial skills through specific interventions, and mobilizing talent across various readiness levels to foster growth and progress
- Capability to articulate intricate concepts and strategies clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholder groups, utilizing data and business acumen.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or FMCG
- Aptitude for identifying future talent opportunities, crafting an engaging vision, inspiring dedication, and enhancing performance within both direct and matrixed team settings
