In your new role you will:
- Responsible for new technology transfer, production setup & qualify running in Kulim plant as well as ramp.
- Drive integration and ramp-up of volume/yield/cost/stability and quality of new technologies into production.
- Drive improvement project and work with unit process to improve stability, yield, cost, and quality.
- Sensitive to deviation & support on time risk lots assessment and provide fast feedback to unit processes to prevent further impact on products & production.
- Lead a change on responsible technology whenever needed, buy off changes from unit process.
- Be able to lead on technical topics across functional, cross technologies projects.
- Lead/support Technology Synchronization
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Phd, master's or bachelor's Degree in the Physics / Micro Electronic / Electronic / Engineering field / Material Science.
- Excellent knowledge of semiconductor device physics/wafer fabrication process & passionate in technical on semiconductor devices
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred.
- In depth knowledge in all type of analysis and problem-solving methodologies e.g. 8D, SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma & DOE.
- Strong communication skills, able to interact with all levels of personnel.
- Self-starter, able to perform under pressure/fast-paced working environment.
- Candidates with direct fab experience in Process Integration/Yield Enhancement/Technology Development will have an added advantage.
