WE ARE HIRING FOR MNC!Job Details:Position : I2C Analyst (Japanese Speaker)Company Industry : Food-Products Corporation (Shared Services)Working Hours : Monday - Friday (08.30 A.M. to 05.30 P.M.)Working Location : The Gardens South Tower, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.Working Mode : Hybrid - 3 days Office, 2 days WFHWorking Duration: Contract with PERSOLKELLY until 31 December 2024Remuneration : Basic salary range RM4,000 to RM 6,700 (based on experience) with statutory contribution + language allowance + leave entitlementWHO CAN APPLY?
  • Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • At least 1 years in accounting or reporting related function for multi national companies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially at Excel, Word & PowerPoint etc.
  • Experienced in SAP added advantage
  • Good command of Japanese language. At least JLPT N2 is required.
  • Able to start in short notice
  • Open only for Malaysian
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Manage customer payments in on time: clearing with invoices and posting of claims with the correct root cause.
  • Perform regular and proactive dunning of the non paid invoices.
  • Maintain credit limits by customer and order manual release following CBS policy.
  • TTM management: customer invoice processing & customer payments out.
  • Process AP/AR reclassification for TS settlement if necessary.
  • Month end AR credit balance reclassify to AR. Assist to prepare AR aging report if necessary.
  • AR document filing.
