Job Responsibility Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Administer and manage employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Handle employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws. Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions. Manage and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs. Support in the execution of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and wellness programs. Address employee concerns and escalate issues to higher management when necessary. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Experience in hiring and handling employee issues.
