- Perform daily administrative tasks - filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Issue DO (Delivery Orders) & invoices accurately
- Use basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain and update records, databases, and office documents
- Prepare simple reports, letters, and other paperwork
- Assist in scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, and supporting other departments
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory
