Job Responsibility Working Hours : 8:30AM - 6:01PM ( 5 days per week ) Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role Utilize database software to organize financial account information Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment Ensure company financial accounts, such as credit cards, are paid on time Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary Review both incoming and outgoing invoices Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities Job Requirements Minimum Diploma requirement and 2 years working experience With tertiary education in accounting an added advantage Working experience in accounting field are welcome Good attitude with interest & commitment to perform accounting jobs a MUST Job Benifits EPF & Socso Annual Leave Bonus
