As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our client's acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for leading paid acquisition campaigns from start to finish, launching and optimising these campaigns across various channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok and others. Your role will also involve uncovering new performance marketing opportunities and developing strategies to test, validate and scale them. Additionally, you will manage all aspects of Landing Page CRO - from planning to implementation to analysis. Collaborating with the design team to optimise creatives, messaging and landing pages will also fall under your purview. Lastly, you will develop and manage daily tracking against overall spend and performance targets per channel.
- Take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns, executing against channel strategy, overseeing creative optimisation, and focusing on Return on Investment (ROI)
- Launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across a spectrum of channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok and other experimental channels
- Identify new performance marketing opportunities through both existing and new channels and develop a plan to test, validate and scale
- Manage all aspects of Landing Page CRO including planning, implementation, experimentation (e.g. A/B split tests), optimisation, analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate with the design team to optimise creatives, messaging and landing pages
- Develop and manage daily tracking against overall spend and performance targets per channel and share it with the leadership team
The ideal candidate for the Performance Marketing Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in performance marketing. With at least five years in the field under your belt, you have honed your skills across various performance marketing channels, with a particular focus on Google and Meta Ads. Your experience extends to creating briefs for paid social creatives, both static and video. You are well-versed in A/B testing and optimisation, and you're familiar with web/marketing analytics tools. Lastly, your background includes working with a B2C brand.
- Proven track record in performance marketing with at least five years' experience
- Experience across various performance marketing channels, preferably with a specialisation in Google and Meta Ads
- Experience creating briefs for paid social creatives (static and video)
- Experience with A/B testing and optimisation
- Familiarity with web/marketing analytics tools
- Previous experience working with a B2C brand
