The Event Project Executive is expected to lead the team through all aspects of our projects from conceptualisation to completion. We are seeking a person who has strong leadership, people skills, excellent in communication and negotiation, resourceful, solutions-driven, well organised, highly detail orientation and strong project management skills. Responsibilities: To spearhead the projects from conceptualisation to completion Confident in communicating with people of all levels Work closely with clients, internal team and external related professionals to ensure all events operations and logistics process, budget and timelines, rundown, event flow of the day are smooth and flawless Coordinating all aspects of the events, including choosing vendors and contractors, setting up decorations, etc. Overseeing the production of materials, setups, etc. Possess strong organisational and management skills Must be able to cope with managing multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines Must be resourceful, solutions-driven, highly detail focused and is able to contribute significant value to the team in achieving outstanding client experiences and producing quality output Requirements: Full-time position Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Event Management or any related fields Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple events simultaneously Proven track record of successful event execution from start to finish Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Creative problem-solving ability Team player High standards of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, in both written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint Possess own transportation and must be willing to travel Comfortable with irregular work hours, including weekends and public holidays
